Focus View
- Categorize Todo based on status.
- You can configure in Settings to make this as the landing page.

    


Smart Notes
- Notes in TouchTodo are "smart".
- Tapping the icon top will switch between notes and sub-list.

         


Sub-list
- Ideal for sub-steps or grocery list.
- Tap to check mark.
- Swipe to quick delete.
- Edit mode for further sort or delete.
- Switch back to notes will see checkmarks accordingly.

    


Repeatings
- List views app like TouchTodo won't display all occurrence in a repeating series.
- TouchTodo by default display one future occurrence in a repeating series.
- You can configure in Settings to display between 1-5 future occurrence (Todo).
- Checking off an occurrence (Todo) will automatically generate future occurrence if necessary.

    

    
Update Repeatings
- All updates are applied "forward".

Delete Repeatings
- Deleting an active occurrence (Todo) will delete the whole series.
- Deleting a completed occurrence (Todo) will delete any occurrence (Todo) that is same or older (in the same series).

The Project list view is shown below. Notice that each project also shows how many Todo it contains are completed or incomplete. To add a Project, simply tap the "Add" button.

         


Apply Project Template
- You can apply template when editing the project name.
- Applying templates will automatically add a predefined set of fields to your project.
- Applying templates will overwrite existing fields.

          


Manage Project Fields
- You can add fields with one of the three types

         


Move Todo between Projects
- In any Todo's detail page, pick the project row to move.
- You can move any Todo in/out/between any existing project ('s todo list).

App Badge Number
- Configure different combination of numbers to show.

     
 

Focus View Settings:
- "When App Launch": if set, the Focus View will become the landing page.
- "Includes 'Today'": all todo due today but without status will show up in "Top Focus".
- "Includes 'Tomorrow'": all Todo due tomorrow but without status will show up in "Next Focus".
